As you folks know I wrote a new book titled 90 Days Til Redemption. This is a book about a program I created where you examine all the bad habits in your life such as drinking, smoking, gambling, poor diet, spending stupidly… and for 90 days you learn to live with out doing them. You see what life is like with out them. You develop a new normal or happy medium where come day 91 you either quit your habits, continue them or simply cut down on them once you intergrate them back in your life. I am creating a Youtube channel where you can see how important this book will be to people.

I ran my first marathon yesterday. 26.2 miles in the La Marathon. It was an amazing experinece. Never have I seen such unity and support from the people of Los Angeles. How they got up that morning and supported random people with cheer and refreshments. The most I ever ran was 10 miles and this time I almost tripled it.  This is something I am very proud of and I recommend this feeling of accomplishment to everyone. Crossing mile 20 was a milestone, but running that final stretch was a humbling experience.

The book 90 days Til Redemption will be out later this year. It is a book about making smart decisions in your life, finding your creativity and staying sober. I’m glad I am still sticking it out as an actor. It is my passion and when ever I can find a way on TV I will do it. I want to land a commercial this year I am studying my Spanish so i can land some Spanish speaking commercials. Also gotta do a game show. I know there is one for me out there. I just have to find it.  

I’m around. I’m here and 2013 shit is gonna fly. I’m getting back out there. Tired of not being on TV and it’s gonna happen. New movie is coming out and I will let you know when it is ready. happy new year people.
